Sigmavent-...NZ... valves are designed to open openings in the enclosing structures of supply and exhaust ducts of emergency smoke ventilation systems. The valves are not subject to installation in rooms of categories A and B for explosion and fire hazard. The environment should not contain aggressive vapors and gases in concentrations that destroy metals, paint coatings and electrical insulation.

The valve of the "channel" design (with the possibility of connecting the duct on at least one side) consists of a rectangular body, a flap and a drive. The housing with 2 connecting flanges is made of galvanized steel and is structurally similar to the duct segment. The box-type flap is made of galvanized steel and filled from the inside with a fire-resistant heat-insulating material.
